Buying a Melio test for someone else couldn’t be easier. Just follow the steps below.
Please note, if you buy a test for someone else via the website, the recipient will receive an email informing them that someone has bought them a test as soon as the purchase is made. If you'd like to avoid this, please get in touch with our customer support team on 0333 77 22 445 or at email@example.com (open 9-5 Monday to Friday and 9-12 on Saturday). Our team can provide you with a gift voucher you can give to your recipient.
1. Choose your test
Head to our our products page to see all the different tests you can get with Melio.
2. Enter your details to sign up
If you’re new to Melio, you’ll be asked to sign up with your email address before buying.
Enter your details and click ‘create account’.
3. Click buy and enter your payment info
Once you’ve made your choice, click on the ‘Buy’ button. You’ll be taken to a page where you can enter your payment details.
Fill your details in then click ‘Pay’.
4. Fill in the test-taker’s details
Once you’ve paid for the test, you’ll be asked who the test is for. Click ‘Someone else’.
Then enter the details of the person who is going to take the test. You’ll then be asked to provide a mobile number for security purposes. Once you’ve given your number and received a text with the security code, enter the code and click continue.
5. Book the appointment
After you've purchased and provided the necessary details, you can find the test in your account by clicking on your name in the top right of the screen and clicking on the test-taker's name.
This will take you to their dashboard where you will see the test you have bought for them. Simply click on 'Book appointment' and you'll be taken to availability menu where you can choose the clinic and appointment time that suits your recipient.
